2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
In our online store, we offer etching presses and accessories for engraving. We do not produce custom products or sell spare parts. All products are subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

• All prices include VAT.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank card and bank transfer.
• We do not offer financing for purchases.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

• We ship internationally through external transport companies.
• The estimated delivery time is one week from payment confirmation.
• In-store or warehouse pickup is not offered.

5. RETURNS POLICY AND WARRANTY

• Returns are not accepted, except in case of a defective product.
• In case of receiving a defective product, the customer must report it within a maximum of 30 days by sending photos or videos of the defect to the email info@torculosribes.es or by calling (+34) 93 840 25 57.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The etching presses have a warranty of 2 years. During this period, if a defect is detected, replacement parts or repair instructions will be sent free of charge.
• If the defect is irreparable, the product will be refunded.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Barcelona.
