The TCE 135×260 electric press is designed to provide exceptional capacity and precision for large-scale engraving projects. With a steel bed of 1350 x 2600 mm, laterally guided by 10 bearings, it ensures smooth and precise movement, allowing engravings up to 1260 x 2450 mm. Its 20 mm thickness provides the robustness required for demanding tasks.
The electric drive system features a 0.5 kW motor with a two-stage gear reducer, offering a roller rotation speed of 3.0 rpm. Drive to the upper roller and a 1:28 reduction guarantee precise control during the engraving process. The press includes a vernier measurement system, allowing fine adjustments of pressure and roller spacing to achieve high-quality results.
Safety is a priority, with 4 emergency stops, 2 limit switches, anti-trap roller protection, and a 24 V control cabinet compliant with regulations.
